Corporate Social Responsibility @ MaGC – Support in setting up website for a Trust

Sri Lakshmi Hayagriva Trust operates in 15 villages of Thiruvendhipuram of Cuddalore Block, Tamil Nadu, India uplifiting the down-trodden and poorest of the poor, especially dalit and tribal people. Apart from the members of self Help Groups, The Trust extends its support to non-SHG members who face problems in their areas. MaGC helped Sri Lakshmi Hayagriva Trust in building and hosting its website – www.srilakshmihayagrivatrust.org.

Presentation to a delegation from Sri Lanka on municipal accounting reforms

Dr. Murali made a presentation on municipal accounting reforms to a delegation from Sri Lanka at a seminar organized by the Centre for Budget and Policy Studies at Bangalore. The presentation covered the concepts of fund based accounting and the implementation challenges. Dr. Murali gave the participants inputs on how to address the Policy, Process, People and Technology aspects of the implementation.
