Complexity of the client business requirements and interfacing between the client and the ERP vendor was a challenge. The methodology involved a business process study followed by a gap analysis and reengineering recommendations. this led to identification of customization requirements of SAP Business One. The support included the Request For Proposal process, selection of vendor, Blue Print validation, data preparation and data migration, and overall project management.
SAP B1 was successfully implemented in the client company. MaGC’s role as an implementation partner benefited the client in smooth implementation of the ERP and deriving value out of its IT investments.
